The initial consultation will consist of:
A 45 minute one-on-one consultation performed in a private room. We will build a detailed case history, examine you and offer professional treatment and advice.
The follow up consultation will consist of:
A 30 minute follow up from the initial consultation. We will review your progress and re-assess your treatment.
An online consultation (telehealth) will consist of:
A 30 minute video call consultation that allows us to assess, diagnose, and develop a treatment plan for your injuries - from the comfort of your home.

You will receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation, your booking may not have been successful, please get in touch.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What should I bring?
Please bring any scans, X-rays, or MRI reports related to your condition. If you have a referral letter from your GP or specialist, bring that too. Wear or bring comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated - for example, shorts if you're coming in with a knee or hip problem. Your private health fund card if you plan to claim.
Do I need a referral?
No, it's not necessary, you can book directly online or by calling us on 02 9267 7659, no GP visit required.
What if I can't make it?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. If you're running more than 10 minutes late on the day, please call us on 02 9267 7659 so we can advise whether there's still time to see you or whether it's better to reschedule.
Can I make a claim?
Kindly note that we do not process Work Cover or CTP (Third Party Insurance) claims.
